Saturday, September 20th hundreds of participants gathered together at Grant Park for a fun 5k walk to help raise funds and awareness to find a cure and end this devastating disease.

On behalf of the millions of Americans with diabetes and their families and friends, the Intelligent Health Center, would like to thank all the IHC participants and donors who came out to walk with us and helped us raise $2,538.99.

Every dollar raised for Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes plays an important role in supporting the mission of the American Diabetes Association, which is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.
