Try these quick and easy recipes and discover for yourself how filing,

Baby Spinach Spectacular
(prepared with Mushroom Risotto-vegetarian)
1 HMR Mushroom Risotto Entrée
6 oz. bag fresh baby spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
*Microwave entrée until warm. Place spinach in a large bowl
and stir in entrée. Cover with plastic wrap. Heat 30 seconds
to 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Faux Spaghetti and Ravioli
(prepared with Cheese and Basil Ravioli-vegetarian)
1 HMR Cheese and Basil Ravioli Entrée
1 small spaghetti squash
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms
½ cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
*Cut squash in half and remove seeds; microwave on high for 10-12
minutes. While squash is cooking, sauté the remaining vegetables
in nonstick cooking spray on low heat until tender. When squash
is done, use a fork to scoop out "strands" of the squash,
and add the vegetables. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Microwave entrée 1-1 ½ minutes and then combine entrée
with the vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Roasted Lasagna
(prepared with Lasagna with Meat Sauce)
1 HMR Lasagna with Meat Sauce Entrée
14 oz. jar roasted red peppers packed in water, drained, cut into
strips
1 15 oz. can zucchini and tomatoes, drained
*Cut lasagna into small pieces. Add roasted red peppers and zucchini-tomato
mixture. Heat thoroughly.
