Roasted Green Beans With Mushrooms And Onions

Makes 4 Servings
½ Pound Green Beans
1 Medium White Onion, Sliced
½ Pound Shitake Mushrooms
4 Cloves Garlic, Sliced
½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven 350.
Wash and dry green beans. Cut off tips.
Evenly distribute green beans in oblong roasting dish.
Top green beans with sliced onion and sliced garlic cloves.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven when done.
Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
