Oven Fries

(Preheat oven to 450 degrees)

1-2 Fingerling potatoes (or ½) medium potato
Garlic Salt
Coarse black pepper
Pam

Scrub potato. Cut potato cross-wise into 1/8 to ¼ inch rounds. Line a pizza pan with aluminum foil and spray with Pam. Place potato rounds on sprayed aluminum foil. Sprinkle potatoes with garlic salt and coarse black pepper. Place in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or cook until done to your taste. Serve immediately. Serve with one tablespoon of ketchup (if you like).

Variations on a theme:
Sprinkle with other herbs or condiments: Cayenne pepper, Mrs. Dash products, or when done sprinkle with Molly McButter cheese sprinkles.
