If you are interested in joining one of these classes, the first step is to attend one of our Free Orientations.

The Free Informational Orientations are held...
Wednesdays 4:00pm
Fridays 10:00am

Please call (404) 531-3933 to sign up for an orientation. If the scheduled orientation times do not fit into your schedule, then we would be happy to schedule a private orientation during our business hours.

Ongoing Weight Loss
Mondays 5:00 – 6:00
Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30pm
Thursdays 5:00 - 6:00pm (***NEW CLASS - starts in March 2008)

Maintenance is where our patients get support and learn new ideas for keeping weight off. Many people can actually lose weight in maintenance! You can join this class is held:
Mondays 6:30 - 7:30pm
Tuesdays 5:00 - 6:00pm (***NEW CLASS - starts on February 05, 2008)
Wednesdays 10:00 - 11:00am
