Gumbo
1 HMR Chicken Creole
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 can crushed stewed tomatoes
1 clove garlic
¼ cup dried copped/minced onions (or ½ cup fresh onion
chopped)
1 cup sliced okra (fresh or frozen)
1 small can of corn niblets
½ cup of water (may add more water as needed)
In a medium saucepan, crush bouillon cube.
Add tomato, garlic, onion, and okra.
Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer and cook until okra and
onion are tender.
Add HMR Chicken Creole and corn.
Bring back to a boil and turn down to simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir
occasionally.
To make spicier, add those condiments you may like - hot sauce,
cayenne, black pepper.
You can substitute crushed tomatoes with different herbs and spices
like basil, garlic or peppers.
