Mocha Shake
8-9 oz cold water
1 Chocolate Shake
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
½-1 teaspoon instant coffee
1-2 packets noncaloric sweetener
4-6 ice cubes
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Shake Mixing Directions:
1. Pour 4-6 oz. of cold water in a blender
2. Begin mixing on a low speed
3. While blender is on, add shake mix and flavorings (Use one serving
of any HMR shake for all recipes).
4. Gradually add ice cubes one at a time replacing blender cover
after each ice cube.
5. Continue mixing on lowest speed for 1 -2 minutes until ice is
thoroughly blended and shake is smooth.
* Don't forget to add 4-6 oz. of cold water to each shake recipe.
* Remember that all flavoring can be replaced with noncaloric syrups.
Combine ingredients and mix well.
