Weight Loss

Diet Coke Float

1 (12 oz) diet coke
1 Chocolate or Vanilla Shake
2-4 ice cubes

Soda Float Mixing Directions:
1. Pour soda (best if cold) into a blender.
2. Begin mixing on lowest speed.
3. While blender is on, add shake mix
4. Gradually add the ice cubes one at a time replacing blender cover after each cube.
5. Continue mixing on lowest speed 1-2 minutes or until ice is thoroughly blended and shake is smooth.
