Soup Chips
2 Packs HMR 500 Chicken Soup
¼ tsp. of any spices
Enough water to make a thick paste (2-3 Tbsp)
Directions:
Mix ingredients into a paste consistency. Spray wax paper and a
plate with PAM. Spread the paste into a thin layer between the wax
paper and the plate. Carefully remove the wax paper. Cook for about
2 minutes in the microwave, flip the paste to the other side and
cook an additional ½ -1 minute or until it starts to brown
lightly. Let cool and break into pieces. If microwave is to hot,
reduce heat to 50% power. Must watch closing while cooking to avoid
burning the chips.
Recipe can also be made with parchment paper. Spray two pieces
with Pam and place paste in the center and spread into a thin sheet
with a roller before cooking.

Molly Garlic & Butter
Garlic Powder
Liquid Smoke (2 drops) and Chili Powder Seasoning (for BBQ chips)
Tabasco
Cayenne Pepper
Red Pepper
Curry Spice
