Blueberry Pineapple Bliss
1 serving any HMR Vanilla Shake
½ cup cold water
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (if using frozen, omit the ice)
½ cup chunk pineapple (in its own juice) drained
2-3 ice cubes
Optional: Packet of non-caloric sweetener
Pour water into blender and begin mixing on lowest speed. Add
HMR Shake mix. Add ice cubes one at a time. Add fruit and continue
blending until smooth.
Calories: 250 approx. Servings: 1 ½
