Spiced Apple Shake
Ingredients :
6 oz cold water
1 packet sugar-free, low calorie instant spiced cider mix
1 Vanilla Shake
1 cup ice
Cinnamon (optional)
Directions :
1. Pour cold water into blender.
2. Add shake mix and spiced cider mix.
3. Add ice.
4. Cover and blend until ice is crushed.
5. Pour into a glass
6. Sprinkle top with cinnamon for decoration and added
taste.
Taste similar to a homemade ice cream I came up with one time,
except the fat content is much lower and making it was quicker
and simpler.
Healthy Solutions / Maintenance Option :
Peel a small to medium apple. Slice the apple into small pieces
and slowly add pieces to shake before adding the ice.
