John E's Vegetables
Ingredients
3 cans (28oz) diced tomatoes
3 bell peppers (any colors)
3 large onions
½ bunch of celery
2tbs of garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
1tbsp of seasoned salt
10 large zucchini
10 large yellow squash
Instructions
Open 3 cans of diced tomatoes and place in a very large pot
Simmer
on medium heat
Add seasoned salt and garlic powder
Chop celery and stir into the
pot
Chop bell peppers and stir into the pot
Chop onions and stir into
the pot
Chop zucchini & squash into cubes and stir into pot
Stir every
10 minutes for 40-50 minutes
Serving Size: 2 cups (Makes 14 Servings)
Mix one serving into the HMR Chicken Creole & HMR
