Curried Chicken and Rice Soup
Pour 6 to 8 oz. of hot water in microwavable soup bowl or mug.
Add ¼ *teaspoon
of your favorite curry powder (or garaham masala) and ¼ teaspoon
garlic powder and allow to steep.
*Add more on less to personal
taste.
Heat 1 HMR serving of Mushroom Risotto in microwave for 1½ to
2 minutes. Add to the soup. Stir and enjoy.
Healthy Solutions / Maintenance Option:
Add ¼ cup of chopped raw scallions, ¼ cup of tomato,
and ¼ cup of cucumber on top as a garnish and healthy crunch.
