GA-400 North to Glenridge Connector Exit 4A
Turn left onto Glenridge Connector towards Johnson Ferry Road
Turn left onto Johnson Ferry Road. (second traffic light)
Intelligent Health Center driveway is the first driveway after left turn onto Johnson Ferry Road
Special Note: Sometimes traffic is backed up at the light making turn into driveway difficult. To be safe, go past the traffic, then left at end of traffic and enter the driveway from the right.

From GA-400 Heading South

GA-400 South to Glenridge Connector Exit 3 (1st exit inside I-285)
Turn left onto Glenridge Connector towards Johnson Ferry Road
Turn left onto Johnson Ferry Road (first traffic light)
Intelligent Health Center driveway is the first driveway after left turn onto Johnson Ferry Rd.

From I-285 West

Take I-285 West to GA-400 South
South on GA-400 Exit 19 towards Atlanta--move into right lane
Glenridge Connector Exit 3 (1st exit)
Turn left onto Glenridge Connector towards Johnson Ferry Road
Turn left onto Johnson Ferry Road (first traffic light)
